 ORDER PROCESSING 

Non-Customize Order Processing Time is 3-5 business days.
Customize/Personalize Order Processing Time is 10-14 business days.
*Processing time may increase during the busier season such as Black Friday Sale, Christmas, New Year and other big sale event*


 SHIPPING 

We will pack and ship your order according to our processing time. USPS & UPS estimated ship times are IN ADDITION to our processing times and are completely out of our control. Any delay during transit/shipping time from USPS & UPS is out of our control.
FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)  will be shipped via Standard Shipment by USPS.
First Class packages have NO insurance and will NOT be replaced if damaged/lost/stolen.
Priority packages are insured through USPS, if there is any damages or missing items from your order please take multiple pictures of the packaging and e-mail them to us at Happyglamlife@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

FREE SHIPPING are not insured and orders under $100 will only be shipped via First Class USPS. (Regardless what you select upon check out) orders over $100 are insured and are shipped via either UPS Priority or UPS Grounds 

 Double check your shipping address. We will NOT be responsible for any packages sent to an incorrectly supplied address. If the package is returned to us due to wrong address, customer will have to pay for a new shipping fee. 
 Double Check that you entered an email address during your checkout. Tracking numbers cannot be sent to phone numbers.
- Tracking numbers are generated and sent automatically via email when orders are fulfilled. Please check your spam folders to be sure you're accepting our e-mails.
 
All our items are carefully and securely packaged and goes on TRIPLE check routine before shipping it out. HappyGlamLife is not responsible for any lost or damage item that were caused during the shipment transit. We highly recommend to use PRIORITY SHIPPING to insured your Order.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING  

  • We are not responsible for any in international duties/taxes/tariffs charged to customers upon international delivery.  If packages are declined or returned back to us, you will be refunded your order value MINUS the international shipping cost.

 

REFUND POLICY 

 Refunds and/or exchanges will NOT be offered for any reason. 
• Once an order is placed, ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
  • Cancellation there will be a 50% Cancellation fee if ordered is cancelled within 12 hours after order has been place. No Cancellation is allowed after that.
